Virtual Conference

Description

EODC Forum 2021 – June 8-10

We would like to thank the 123 registrants from 77 organisations, spanning 22 different countries for their attendance, as well as for their active participation. It was great to see and feel the support that the EODC receives from the public, partners and colleagues in the Earth observation (EO) community and beyond!

This year the EODC Forum was a three days virtual event that featured presentations from the public, scientific and private EO sector focusing on specific EO developments including talks from ESA, JRC, EUMETSAT, EGI and others. Furthermore, presenters with a focus on technical developments, services and user experience were included in the agenda as well. The third day of the EODC Forum was a special day dedicated to “openEO platform”.  Networking and breakout timeslots during the course of the EODC Forum proved to be an optimal opportunity for community building and networking.

We are already looking forward to welcoming you again next year in person at the EODC Forum 2022! It is tentatively scheduled for June 14th-15th, 2022 at TUWien, TUtheSky in Vienna.
